Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked cranberries
  • 1 large apple, skinned
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 package (3 oz) sweetened lemon Jello
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Method

  1. Chop cranberries, apple, and orange with food chopper.
  2. Add sugar, nuts, and celery.
  3. Combine Jello and water, following directions for temperature of water. Stir until dissolved. Cool until partially set.
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Chill until firm.
