Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour (500 grams)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (50 grams)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder (or 2 tsp baking soda + 4 tsp vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 sticks butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes about 16 biscuits.
