Ingredients
- 4 cups flour (500 grams)
- 4 tablespoons sugar (50 grams)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder (or 2 tsp baking soda + 4 tsp vinegar)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 sticks butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Makes about 16 biscuits.
